| Oakmont offers the opportunity to purchase a home of the highest quality, built in a small village type setting and located to take advantage of the natural surroundings. Each owner at Oakmont will have exclusive membership of the Club and Spa. The Oakmont development consists of a number of villages. Each 'village' at Oakmont will consist entirely of either 'Presige' or 'Prestige Plus' homes. Prestige homes are large 3 to 6 bedroom villas built on plots of approximately 50ft x 120ft. 'Prestige Plus' homes are larger 4 to 6 bedroom villas built on plots of approximately 70ft x 120ft. Depending on the exact size and location of a plot, it may carry a plot premium.
